🕒 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 6 business days, except during new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand. In such cases, processing can take up to 7 to 8 business days. Please note that some products are made to order, particularly hand-cut items. Most orders are processed before the maximum shipping time allotted. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Packages are dropped off every 2 days, so please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking info to fully update.

⚠️ Orders are not processed until 24 hours after purchase, once the refund window closes!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–6 business days (after processing)

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and shipping method

For large or bulk orders, please message us before ordering so we can make sure your shipping is calculated correctly.

If you have multiple orders, please note in the note section of your orders that you have more than one order. We can combine them and refund you the additional shipping fees minus the packing fee per item. However, if we happen to miss another order that you placed before you placed the first one, the fees are final. We strive to accommodate all orders together, but sometimes mistakes occur, and we will not be responsible for final fees. Thank you for your understanding.

📦 Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

SoapySunshine Customs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been accepted by the postal carrier.


🇨🇦🇦🇺Important Information for Canadian/Australian Customers

Orders shipped to Canada/Australia may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

Flat rates are up to a pound in a poly mailer. Any additional shipping will be communicated to you via email. Thank you.



🎁Wish List and Donation Purchases Policy🎁

Certain listings on this website are designated as wish list, gift, or donation purchases. These items are purchased on behalf of a featured creator or recipient and are not shipped to the purchaser.

All wish list and donation purchases are delivered directly to the designated recipient as stated in the product description. Gift messages, if provided at checkout, will be included with the delivery.

If a customer mistakenly places an order from a wish list or donation listing, the customer must contact us immediately after purchase to request cancellation. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it will be completed as intended and delivered to the listed recipient.

By completing checkout, customers confirm that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms disclosed in the product description, including the recipient, delivery method, and the non refundable nature of wish list and donation purchases. Unless cancellation is requested prior to processing, all wish list and donation purchases are final and not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping for wish list and donation purchases is covered as stated in the listing.

At the conclusion of a featured recipient’s stated time period, any associated donation boxes will be delivered as disclosed. Names of donors may be included on a card for the recipient unless otherwise specified.


🌍 International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. This will be updated as soon as international service becomes available.

 

📫 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

If you’re still having issues, message us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.

⚠️ We do not replace or refund packages marked as “Delivered” by the postal service.

 

❌ Returns & Refunds

All sales are final after 24 hours.

Because of the personal-use nature of sponges and the customization involved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This is for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, and to respect the time, labor, and materials put into each product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

⚠️ Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraud.

We keep full records of all transactions, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations. Any false claims will be disputed, and you will be permanently banned from future purchases.

This information is strictly confidential and not retained. While we strive to provide personalized gifts, all collected information is not stored on file.
