Custom Quote Please Read Description

After placing your order, please EMAIL [email protected] with a reference picture of the design you’re wanting along with your order number. Customs will not begin without this information.

Please include your TikTok handle or name in the order notes along with your preferred font and sponge choice. Fonts are not guaranteed, but we will match as closely as possible if your exact font is unavailable. For TikTok customs, flat fees will apply.

If you are requesting a completely unique design that is not available online, a design fee will be added based on the time spent creating and modifying your custom design. All agreed upon fees must be paid in full before your custom is completed.

Sponge Options
Customs are limited to sponges available within my own product line or through Armaly products only. If you are unsure whether a sponge qualifies, please email before ordering.

You may choose any available sponge option as long as the design is not too complex for that specific sponge. Results may vary depending on sponge selection, but we will always do our very best to provide the best possible outcome.

Kids Sponges
Please include your child’s preferred character in the order notes or email. If space allows, you may add your child’s name to the sponge. Only one character is allowed per sponge. Kids sponges will never exceed $10 and are limited to colored foam sponges only. Requesting any other sponge type will result in additional fees.

If any colored sponges, including Big Daddy sponges, are out of stock, you will be notified promptly and given alternative options.

Please understand that the longevity of customs varies based on the complexity and density of the design.

PLEASE NOTE
Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete after your order has been placed, especially during drops or peak seasons. This applies to both hand cut and laser cut customs. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Disclaimer
Colored and non grout sponges are made from a more delicate fabric and may tear with excessive force or rough use. To extend the life of your sponge, we recommend using gentle pressure and avoiding abrasive components. Please handle with care for optimal performance and longevity.
